V-Kicking is one of the simplest and most underrated goalkeeper warm-ups out there.

This drill (and its many variations) is critical for developing proper goalkeeper movements.

Key coaching points:

✅Maintain angles at ankles, knees, and hips.
✅Hands up and set in front of the body.
✅Footwork before the ball arrives determines the quality of the touch.
✅Ball contact is out in front of the body — nose over the ball.
