Quick recap from Saturday’s competition! ✨

It was so nice seeing some of my former teachers and coaches, while also getting to watch the athletes I now coach and work with at SRA compete. Such a full-circle moment! 🥹

All of the teams did an amazing job, and I’m so proud of their hard work! They represented MP & SRA so well! 🖤💛+ 🩵🖤

Big goals start with a plan! ✨💪🏽

I always encourage my athletes to set goals for themselves, but I remind them that setting the goal is just the beginning, it’s up to YOU to put in the work to achieve it! 🎯

After our talk about goal setting, sweet Miriam went home and made the CUTEST personalized goal sheets for everyone all on her own. 🥹💕 Moments like this remind me that they’re always listening and learning beyond the skills we practice.

Now the goals are set… time to WORK! 💪🏽✨
