Hope everyone has had a wonderful summer! The Tulip (infant) Room sure did. We have been busy learning & having fun! ☀️

June's theme: Berry Excited for Summer 🍓
We focused on fruit this month! Most of our crafts and sensory included real fruit, using all of our senses & motor skills. Some of us got to try new fruit for the 1st time!

July's theme: Little Firecrackers 🧨
Hope our friends & families had a Happy Independence Day!
This month was a 4th of July theme, but directed it towards using different & new textures. We painted with, played with, touched & handled new things that we typically don't use with a craft or sensory!

The Tulip Room includes: Circle Time, Reading Books, Fine / Gross Motor Play, Sign Language, Singing & Dancing, Learning Colors / Alphabet / Numbers (using books or flashcards,) Art and Crafts, Sensory, Outdoor Exploration & more.

Lil' Buds water day was a hit! ☀️💧

We had so much fun splashing in the water and soaking in the sun. Some of this fun included, inflatable water slides, a water balloon fight, water blaster fight, roller sidewalk chalk, water tables, and multiple kitty pools that had different sensory play at each one. We also want to give a huge thank you to everyone who took time out of their day, to help make this day happen!

🌻We’re Still Searching for the Right Person… Could It Be You? 🌻

We’ve shared a few hiring posts over the last couple of weeks, but we still haven’t found the right person to join our team.

If you’ve been thinking about applying or know someone perfect for the job, we’d truly love to hear from you.

At Lil’ Buds Daycare, we’re more than just coworkers—we’re a team that supports one another, celebrates the little victories, and gets the privilege of watching children learn and grow every day. It’s rewarding work, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be a part of that.

One of our long-time teachers recently moved on to a new adventure after making such a positive impact on so many children. We miss her dearly, and now we’re hoping to find someone who is ready to love on our kiddos and become part of our Lil’ Buds family.

Our waitlist continues to grow, and we know there are families in our community waiting for an opening. Finding the right teacher means we can welcome even more children into our program, and that’s something we’re incredibly excited about.

✨ We’re hiring aTeacher!

What we offer:
🌱 Pay based on experience
🌱 First child receives FREE childcare
🌱 Vacation earned after 6 months
🌱 A supportive team and wonderful families

Requirements:
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• A love for children and a positive attitude

If you know someone who would be a great fit, we’d be so grateful if you’d share this post. Sometimes the perfect person just hasn’t seen it yet. 💚

🌿 We’re Still Looking for a Full-Time Teacher! 🌿

One thing we’re incredibly proud of at Lil’ Buds is the amazing team we’ve built. While you’ve probably seen several hiring posts from us, the truth is that our staff stays because they truly love what they do. All of our lead teachers have been with us for years—some for over two years, and others even longer!

For the first time in over two years, we’re saying goodbye to one of our wonderful lead teachers. She has poured her heart into our program and helped so many little ones learn, grow, and blossom. While we’re excited for her next chapter, she will be deeply missed by our staff, families, and kiddos.

As our waitlist continues to grow, we’re hoping to find another caring, dependable, and passionate teacher to join our Lil’ Buds family. We aren’t just looking to fill a position—we’re looking for someone who loves children, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to make a difference in the lives of little learners every day.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! 💛

Please share this post to help us find the perfect addition to our team and continue serving more families in our community. 🌱✨

We have been growing so fast, with new friends & new quirks. We take "the more mess, the more fun" very serious. Painting is still our absolute favorite! We also have been loving independence, using simple words or sign language & dancing. 🌷
