Potatoes! 🥔🥔 We dumped out our potato tower today and had a little treasure hunt! The skins are soft .. so these are more like a new potato and probably won’t store well. I will let them dry a bit .. then pop them in the fridge drawer. I’m going to clean them when I use them. Will use them in the next few days.

Yes, they are small.. I should have waited to harvest them. I may have watered a bit too much as well.

Live and learn .. in between eat yummy homegrown treasures 💚

Let’s talk compost 🤎💚🤎

💚 We love composting! It really cuts down on the amount of trash we produce! And the end result - beautiful rich composted material for our garden beds.

That being said….

💚 Would anyone be interested in compost collection service?
💚 It could work like this - Monthly Membership

💚 You fill a bucket with your food ‘waste’; bucket is collected weekly and exchanged with a clean bucket.
