Shark Tank Session 🦈
This past session has been centered around effective communication.
But more importantly, we’ve been learning that we don’t want to simply be people who notice problems and complain about them.
We want to raise problem solvers.
Leaders who can identify a need, think critically about a solution, and then effectively communicate what they see in a way that creates impact.
Our Leaders learned the power of storytelling to create mental images, how to communicate ideas clearly, and heard from professionals about what it takes to make an effective pitch. We refined our presentations, practiced delivery, and learned the difference between criticism and effective feedback.
Today, our Leaders stood in front of friends and family to present a real problem they noticed in the world… and the solution they created to help fix it.
Creativity.
Critical thinking.
Communication.
Confidence.
This is more than a presentation.
This is leadership in action.
