At Salato e Dolce, (was Virgilio's Vinegar n Oil), we're all about family, friends, goodwill, good food and community. At Salato e Dolce, (which means savory and sweet in Italian); we take the finger foods you love and display them in beautiful designs almost too pretty to eat. We're here to impress

and that's exactly what we do. Call us, email us, FB us, and we'll design a board, table or grab-and-go's perfect for your party or event. You can taste the freshness in everything we create. From our smallest skewer to our largest grazing table, there is no mistake the love and care that goes into everything we do. We also do pairing events and parties that can be a fun addition to other events, such as wine & paint parties, bridal and baby showers, bachlorette parties, girls night in, and more. Oh and coming soon, our cooking classes, (more like a party), for adults and kids hosted in the comfort of your home. They are a blast! In the future, we will own a brick and mortar. There you can have a coffee, a glass of wine, a bottle of beer, and nibble on a charcuterie board. You can also purchase some delectable, local and imported, ingredients and accompaniments to create great recipes, and add to many foods. It's a foodie paradise! So give us a call. See you soon!
