I am sooo extremely thankful to everyone who made this wish possible!!!
I know Eliana will love this stroller too. She loves going for walks and being outside! Can’t wait to take her out for a spin!!

So many configurations you can do with this! And I love the little wagon seat! It’s perfect!
The bag attachment was a needed attachment… so I can carry my water, phone and keys there! Even the bag itself it’s pretty cool! You can use it in many ways!

My postpartum Herbal Tea Mix.

It’s about being held, nourished, and rebuilt.

Today I mixed my postpartum recovery tea. a blend I’ll keep on hand for the postpartum recovery. When my body will be tired, tender, and healing, all I have to do is scoop + steep. No thinking. Just care.

What’s in my jar & why:
• Nettle — deep mineral nourishment after birth
• Rooibos — gentle hydration + grounding
• Lemon balm — nervous system support (because postpartum is a lot)
• Fennel — digestion + comfort
And I’ll be adding shatavari powder this time.

The kind we used to pass down, prepare ahead of time, and offer freely to new mothers.

I’m learning to care for myself the same way I care for my family. slow, intentional, and prepared.
