My postpartum Herbal Tea Mix.

Today I mixed my postpartum recovery tea. a blend I’ll keep on hand for the postpartum recovery. When my body will be tired, tender, and healing, all I have to do is scoop + steep. No thinking. Just care.

What’s in my jar & why:
• Nettle — deep mineral nourishment after birth
• Rooibos — gentle hydration + grounding
• Lemon balm — nervous system support (because postpartum is a lot)
• Fennel — digestion + comfort
And I’ll be adding shatavari powder this time.
