Our Primary class has been on an exciting journey learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly! 🐛🦋 From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies, they’ve observed each stage with curiosity and wonder.
Today was extra special as they got the chance to release their butterflies and watch them take flight! It was such a joyful moment and a perfect way to celebrate all they’ve learned. 💛
We’re so proud of their enthusiasm and care throughout this experience!

Today we explored the Montessori Addition Strip Board — a beautiful, hands-on way for children to truly see how addition works instead of just memorizing facts.
Using red and blue strips, children build equations like 3 + 4 and physically watch the numbers come together. When the strips meet at 7 on the board… 💡 lightbulb moment!

🔷 Montessori First Constructive Triangle Box
In our Montessori classroom, children explore geometry through hands-on discovery. With the First Constructive Triangle Box, they combine triangles to create new shapes such as rectangles, rhombuses, larger triangles, and hexagons.

Through careful observation and precise movement, children learn that shapes can be taken apart and rebuilt in different ways. This work strengthens concentration, fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and early mathematical thinking.

Rather than being told about geometry, children experience it — building a strong foundation for future math learning through exploration and discovery. 💙
