It is with a heavy heart that I share that Ridge Fell passed away this morning. He had been battling Cancer for several years. Ridge entered Lawrenceville in 1971 living in Cromwell (in Old Lower), then Woodhull, and leaving after 2 years. Rest in Peace my brother!

We are saddened to hear that one of our Honorary Classmates Art Schonheiter '52 H'75 P'90 GP'01 '03 passed away on February 5th.

A memorial will be held at The Lawrenceville School Chapel on Saturday, March 21st at 1pm. A reception will follow at the Abbott Dining Hall from 2-4pm.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of John Cooper Osbourne. Coop was from Jacksonville, FL and entered L'ville in 1972. He lived in Cleve and Upper. In 4th Form, he served Cleve as Secretary-Treasurer. In 5th Form, he was Co-Captain of the Soccer Team and Vice President of the School.

A few boys met intentionally at a random fish house. You can do the same if you think about it. Our class is evolving, but it warrants direction. We discussed class activity since our reunion. Took about three minutes. Someone suggested a party. There was a discussion about a retreat house. Jazz Fest in New Orleans held our attention for several minutes. Hunt recalled an old alumni locator program that has been shelved. The fish was good. We resolved to meet again. Soon.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of John Polcyn on August 24th. He entered L'ville in 1973, and was in Woodhull and Upper.

John Lawrence Polcyn, 68, of Valrico, Florida passed away on August 24, 2025. He was born on October 28, 1956 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to John Polcyn and Helen Brockway Polcyn.
