💥✨ 12 years ago, I took a leap of faith, all because someone saw the passion and vision in me. Today, I’m celebrating one of the best decisions of my life: partnering with the most amazing whole food nutrition franchise, community, and experiencing personal growth beyond my wildest dreams!

This partnership has not only allowed me to serve graciously, but I’ve had the honor of impacting hundreds (actually thousands) of families, helping them thrive in their generational health AND financial well-being. 🙌

Because of this opportunity, I retired from the rat race 7 years ahead of schedule! I've earned credentials in health and mindset coaching, gained the freedom to be present for my aging parent and grandchildren, and embraced a life of purpose and time freedom.

And guess what? This is just the beginning! 🚀 New chapters are unfolding, breaking the norm, and giving back with an open heart. Have you ever wondered how to count macros (proteins, carbs, and fats) but it confused and overwhelmed you (I know it did me) 🙃🤓. A dear friend, a dedicated nutrition coach, influencer, fitness enthusiast, and CrossFit Level 1 certified athlete kindly helped me make sense of it and guided me to the needed information.
We created a text class so we can share the information with anyone else who wants to understand how to manage their macros to gain muscle, lose weight, or experience other health benefits.
