🐾IMPORTANT INFO FROM OUR SCHOOL NURSES🐾

FMSD Summer Registration is July 27th and 28th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

🔹 7th grade students will need a 121 form with proof of their TDap shot. They will not be able to register without it.

🔹 If your child has a food allergy, please get the medical documentation from your physician and bring that with you to registration. It is IMPERATIVE that we get all allergies to the nutrition department AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so we can accommodate each student accordingly. (WE WILL HAVE FISH PRODUCTS ON THE MENU THIS YEAR)

🔹 Please bring all updated diabetic care plans, seizure plans and asthma action plans to registration.

🔹THIS IS NOT MANDATORY OR REQUIRED!!! However, if your child is 12 y/o and older and has received the COVID vaccine, please bring their COVID vaccination card with you.

🔴🔵 FMSD REGISTRATION🔵🔴

FMSD will hold registration for ALL returning students and new students at Forest High School on Tuesday, July 27th and Wednesday, July 28th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You must complete summer registration in order for your child to attend classes the first day of school.

The parent/guardian must bring their ID and two of the following current proofs of residency to registration:
🔹Mortgage Document or Property Deed
🔹Apartment or Lease Agreement
🔹Filed Homestead Exemption
🔹Car tag receipt
🔹Driver’s License/Consular ID/ MS ID
🔹Voter ID Card
🔹Water Bill
🔹Electric Bill
🔹Gas Bill

Day 2 - FHS Beta Club competed yesterday and explored Magic Kingdom! They are having a blast and enjoying all things Disney. Tonight we visit Universal Studios. Stay tuned for all the competition results tomorrow.

FHS Beta Club is alive and well in Orlando, FL at the National Beta Club Convention! Our Beta Club received 19 invitations to compete at this year’s national convention. Day 1 was a success at Animal Kingdom. Stay tuned for more pics from Day 2....Magic Kingdom!
