8th grade has been learning about Pirates and Privateers in their Exploration unit and to wrap up they designed and built their very own ship replicas. First, they had their float test. Then, the ships that proved buoyant had the ultimate challenge… survive the nerf battle launched by the first graders! Few boats survived but much fun was had!
