🥤🤝 Teamwork, strategy, and a growth mindset in action!

Our students took on the Cup Challenge to strengthen teamwork, communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Using a special rubber-band tool, teams had to work together to move cups from a starting formation into a pyramid—without touching the cups with their hands!

First, teams created a plan, practiced their strategy, and then put their teamwork to the test to see how quickly they could complete the challenge. ⏱️

But the real learning happened after the first trial. Students reflected on what went well, what was challenging, and what they could change to improve their time. They then made adjustments, tried again, and celebrated their progress!

This activity was a great reminder that practice makes progress. 🌱 A growth mindset teaches students that challenges aren’t something to avoid—they’re opportunities to learn, take risks, support one another, and keep improving.

At our school, we don’t just teach students what to learn—we help them develop the skills and mindset to become confident, collaborative, resilient problem-solvers. 💪✨

Plan. Practice. Reflect. Improve. Repeat! 🚀
