GOLD MEDALLION TEAM MEMBER FEBRUARY 2026 - MS. LAUREN 🎖

Love
Ms. Lauren demonstrates love through the way she builds and honors authentic relationships. She leads with care while staying grounded in her own experiences, even when they differ from those around her. She respects people enough to be honest, steady, and consistent, creating spaces where others feel seen and supported without needing to conform.

Purpose
Ms. Lauren’s work is deeply rooted in purpose. She shows up ready to do what is needed for the community, not just what is convenient. Whether stepping into new roles, adjusting plans, or responding to changing needs, she remains focused on solutions and impact. Her flexibility is intentional and always in service of the work and the people.

Reflection
Ms. Lauren reflects through discernment and self-awareness. She understands that her perspective may not mirror others’ experiences and holds space for that without abandoning her own truth. She thoughtfully considers context, listens with intention, and makes decisions rooted in clarity rather than pressure. Her reflection allows her to stay aligned, grounded, an effective.

Joy lives loudly in Ms. Lauren. She brings energy, warmth, and life into every space she enters. Her joy is genuine and contagious, showing up in her laughter, her presence, and the ease with which she connects to others.
