2019 Kindness Challenge💪: Twice a month write a message to someone who has influenced your life in a positive way, telling them how they have impacted your life for the better. By the end of the year you will have reached out to 24 people in a meaningful way AND will have spread a little piece of kindness. Who’s in?!🔥

Imagine if 10 people did this, that’s 240 people effected by your ripple of kindness. Or even 100 people, that’s 2,400 people impacted by our kindness ripple. Who knows, maybe they will even do the same🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️.

It can be as simple as “hey, remember that time I forgot to bring my notebook to class and you gave me a piece of paper? Thanks for that, I appreciate you, I see you💯”.

Or even something bigger and more meaningful, “I’m doing this thing every month where I reach out to two people who have impacted my life in a positive way, and this month I chose you to be one of them. Remember that time when [blahh blah blahhh]!? That was really [nice, powerful, memorable] and made life way [easier, better, more fun, etc]. You taught me about [____] and I’m grateful. I appreciate you and your [influence, kindness, etc]. Thanks!🤗”
