Something to enjoy with your family.
BB Oats Pancakes
Ingredients
4 ripe medium bananas (about 3-4 cups sliced)
1 cup blueberries dice or cut
2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk (dairy or nondairy)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp oil to grease your pan
Liquid Ingredients
Smash or cut the banana, cut the blueberries, and add it to beaten eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Dry Ingredients
Mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add it to the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Set aside for 10-15 minutes to develop a fluffier texture and flavor before cooking.
Cook it with passion, serve it with love, and pair it with your favorite junk food and fruits.
This recipe is for batch cooking, the pancakes freeze well. Put it back in the fridge overnight to thawed.
