NASBITE International is pleased to announce that our 2026 Annual Conference will be in St. Louis at the Marriott St. Louis Grand. NASBITE is excited to return to St. Louis, a significant hub for international trade with an outstanding trade community to help support the conference's success.
The Venue: The Marriott St. Louis Grand is the largest hotel in St. Louis, located directly on Washington Avenue, which is ranked as one of the Top 10 Main Streets in America by the American Planning Association. This historic hotel, completely renovated by Marriott, still retains its historic elegance from the past. View this video to get a glimpse of this beautiful hotel.
The hotel is what you have come to expect from a NASBITE Conference - steps away from over 40 restaurants and walking distance to amazing cultural attractions, including a 10-minute walk to the Gateway Arch and one block to the MetroLink light rail.
Room Rate: $179 single/double plus tax
Dates: March 30 - April 1, 2026
- March 30: Opening Reception
- March 31 - April 1: Conference sessions
- April 1: Closing Reception
We will also offer pre-conference training on March 29-30 and the in-person NASBITE Student Case Competition will be March 30 with finals on April 1.
The NASBITE conference provides a forum for learning across a broad spectrum of topics related to international business and trade. Conference attendees include faculty teaching international business at colleges and universities; international trade specialists and trainers affiliated with SBDCs/World Trade Centers/state offices of international trade, etc.; and independent trade consultants and professionals from the industry. We are seeking presenters to provide current topics and best practices for all segments of conference attendees.
The focus of all sessions should be educational, that is, with an emphasis on informing attendees of best practices, resources, or developments in the field, as opposed to commercial in nature. As we continue to see an increase in attendees actively working in international trade, we encourage proposals that support both educators and practitioners.
The deadline for submissions is November 15, 2025. Decisions will be shared by mid-December. Submit proposals here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScmxLU2aWWZzRql2DAaRnKOML2B2gNTRsDrqFh15-fIL-mzuw/viewform
