Volunteer Mentor – Youth Mentorship Opportunity through CLC YouthBuild

Job Description
CLC, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) organization founded in 2000 to provide job seekers with model education, training, and employment services that lead to progressive careers and provide employers with qualified workers to meet their workforce needs. Since its inception, CLC, Inc. has facilitated partnerships with employers, workforce development boards, and community-based organizations, which have resulted in preparing program participants for careers in high-demand/high-growth occupations. In addition, CLC, Inc. has been instrumental in building relationships with registered apprenticeship programs, union, and non-union. Many CLC, Inc. program graduates have been placed in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Building Trades occupations, making a family-sustaining wage.
CLC has incorporated Youthbuild Global mentoring program for at-risk youth. Youthbuild is seeking male and female mentors for our at-risk youth between the ages of 16 – 24 that have a genuine desire to be part of youth lives by inspiring, motivating, and being a good role model that they can look up to without prejudices and being judgmental.

Qualifications:
Must be 21 and above
Fingerprint and Background check
Complete 4hr training
