The big pour for VH2027, early this morning. BSB Concrete always gets us off to a great start with a foundation that is straight, square, and level.

If you have an infill lot in FG or Cornelius that you are willing to sell, we'd love to build a high-quality, energy-efficient, single-level home on it!

VH2027 is underway! Kyle Ludwick (VH2010 and VH2011) on the excavator, Steve Walter's (VH2011) hauling with his daughter, Harper (VH2043?).

It is a challenge to complete a home within the school year. We are supported by many competent subcontractors that model professionalism. They do what they said when they said they would.
Yesterday was a good example. Thank you Magnate Pro Painting and Edge Landscaping for working around us. We even received instruction on installing sod.

Plumbers and electricians are onsite this morning, finishing up. Jake Strother (Houla Creek Plumbing) and Weston Duyck (Steele Electric) were on the 2011 Viking House Crew!

An interesting aspect of VH 2026; in 2018 the district had an old oak removed from Gales Creek School. Justin Marble (VH2007) felled it, Scott Ranes (VH1985) hauled it, and Kevin Lund (FGHS Cabinetry 1988-90) milled it.

FGHS Cabinetry teacher Arnulfo Martinez (VH2000 and VH2001) and his class used the lumber in constructing the cabinets for VH2026! Come see the finished product on May 30th, noon to 4pm.
