Due to inclement weather, school has been canceled for Tuesday, January 16th. All sports and activities have been also been canceled. A full message has been sent to all district families and staff via Parent Square and is posted to the district website.

Stay safe.

Debido a las inclemencias del tiempo, la escuela se ha cancelado para el martes 16 de enero. Todos los deportes y actividades también han sido cancelados. Se ha enviado un mensaje completo a todas las familias y al personal del distrito a través de Parent Square y se publica en el sitio web del distrito.

During mental health awareness month we’d like to highlight some cool things happening with Forest Grove High School’s Sources of Strength team. Sources of Strength pairs adult advisors with peers leaders who come together and develop messaging campaigns to increase resilience, connection, belonging, protective factors, and healthy coping skills for students.

We’re proud to say that our Sources of Strength team at the high school was just selected as a Team Award winner at the 2023 Sources Showcase!

Thank you Forest Grove High School Peer Leaders for your dedication to being agents of change and connectors to help, spreading Hope, Help, and Strength in your communities. School counselors, Brooke Gale and Sarah Cox were also selected as Adult Advisor winners and will be recognized at the Showcase, as well!

Due to icy road conditions, all district schools will have a one hour delayed start. Since it is a “Late Start Wednesday” schools will start one hour after late start times. For example, if your student’s school starts at 9 am on Wednesdays, it will now begin at 10 am with the delay.

Debido a las condiciones del hielo en las carreteras, todas las escuelas del distrito tendrán un comienzo retrasado de una hora. Dado que es un "miércoles de inicio tardío", las escuelas comenzarán una hora después de las horas de inicio tardío. As snow has continued to fall throughout the day, the district has decided to have PM snow routes for bus routes 8, 10, 24, 25, 40, and 44. School will end at the regular release times for all district schools.

Due to dangerous driving and walking conditions, all district schools and the district office will be closed on Friday, February 24, 2023. All school sponsored events and activities are canceled as well.
