Leaving a lasting legacy can be difficult. Just ask Mike Steele, Pacific University Professor Emeritus, who is coming up on 60 years of teaching experience, and is the creator of our fabulous handball team.

Luckily for Pacific, Mike returned for a friendly handball practice with Boxer Handball alumni who have formed their own long-lasting relationships with Mike, including Pacific's current handball team coach Karissa Komo '18, Jeff Kastner '05 and Evan and Rachel Downing, both in the class of 2025.
