Rutherford County Schools Backpack Program The Rutherford County Schools Backpack Program serves approximately 1,000 food insecure students, providing them with weekend backpacks of food.

Donations made be made online through our website, or checks may be made out to RCSEF with Backpack Program in the "for" line and mailed to Lisa Bralley, 382 W. Main Street, Forest City N.C. 28043.
