Preschool and Kindergarten Open Screening is coming! Mark your calendars for April 20th!
If your child is already in our preschool program, we will screen them on another day and you DO NOT need to sign them up. Paperwork will come home soon.
For those that are NOT currently enrolled in our preschool program, click the link below to sign up for a screening time. PLEASE include your child's NAME and BIRTHDATE when you sign up. You will need to bring the following documents to the screening appointment:
-Proof of Residence (utility bill/agreement, rental agreement/receipt, property tax statement, real estate contract, legal property description with physical address - No PO box)
-Immunizations or exempt form
-Proof of legal name (birth certificate, passport, visa)

If not, please call or text the numbers listed below. You do not have to currently be a participant in the Parents As Teachers program to take advantage of this FREE screening! If you have a child under the age of 3 please call for an appointment!
