The Armstrong Center for Community Learning (ACCL) is seeking exhibitors for the inaugural Armstrong County Scholarship & Financial Aid Fair.

📅 Wednesday, October 21, 2026

📍 Belmont Complex
Kittanning, PA

We're bringing together scholarship providers, colleges and universities, career & technical schools, apprenticeship programs, employers offering tuition assistance, military representatives, and financial aid organizations to help Armstrong County students and families explore opportunities to fund their educational future.

✅ There is no cost to exhibit.

This is an excellent opportunity to:
• Connect directly with students, parents, and adult learners
• Increase awareness of your scholarships and educational programs
• Answer questions about eligibility and application processes
• Build relationships with prospective students and families

Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

Holiday Office Closure Reminder

The Armstrong Center for Community Learning will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

Our office and testing center will reopen on Monday, July 6, during our regular business hours.

📢 Building Closure Notice

Please note that the Armstrong Center for Community Learning (ACCL) will be closed on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, due to a scheduled electrical power outage.

The outage is necessary so the electric utility can safely replace a nearby utility pole.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to serving you again when we reopen on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
