Donations are welcome, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Katherine Drexel Shelter.

The Summer Bites program is back! Every Tuesday this summer Holy Family Catholic Community Fond du Lac will be out in the community handing out free to-go lunches at multiple locations around Fond du Lac and North Fond du Lac. Whether you’re stopping by for your kids, your family, or yourself β€” everyone is welcome. Lunches include: sandwich, fruit, drink, and snack. Take a look at the flyer for all the stops and times.

Welcome back, Makayla! Our 4-H Summer Intern officially started in the office this week. Please see below what she has planned for this summer.

πŸŽ‰ Meet Our 4-H Summer Intern, Makayla! πŸŽ‰
Please help us welcome back Makayla Stommel as our 4-H Summer Intern at the Extension Office this summer! 🌟

Makayla is a former 12-year Fond du Lac County 4-H member who was actively involved in her club, Teen Leaders Association, and many county events. Her favorite projects were Arts & Crafts and Food & Nutrition. 🎨🍴

She is a recent UW–Madison graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. Outside of 4-H, Makayla enjoys playing soccer and pickleball, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. βš½πŸ›οΈ

This summer, she’ll be helping with Foodie Camp, Art Camp, Cloverbud Day Camp, promotional events, the county fair, and more! Makayla shares, β€œI’m excited to work with youth and adults this summer while growing my leadership and teaching skills. I’m glad to be back and ready for a great summer!”
