We have plenty of room for social distancing in our gyms and cleanliness is our top priority in our gyms, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Our class schedules:
Ripon gym: Monday and Wednesday 5:00-5:50pm ages 4-10, 6:00-7:00pm ages 11 & up. Fond du Lac gym: Tuesday and Thursday 4:25-4:55pm ages 4-6, 5:00-5:40pm ages 7-11 beginners, 5:45-6:25pm ages 7-11 green belt and up, and 6:30-7:30pm ages 12 and up beginners and advanced. Friday classes: 5:30-7:30pm Black Belt Club classes as scheduled.

* Time: 10:00-11:30 am. (Pizza social after)
* Cost: $10 for 1, and $20 for 2 or more people. (Families welcome)
* All attendees will learn martial arts techniques including blocks, hand and foot attacks, how to escape from grabs, chokes, etc, awareness of your surroundings, and verbal self-defense.
