Today, our St. John Notre Dame community grieves with the Erdmann family after the passing of their beloved daughter and sister, Gianna, a senior at St. Francis High School.
The Erdmann family has been part of our SJND story through both an alumnus and a current student, and we surround them with prayer during this time of unimaginable sorrow. As a Catholic school community, we entrust Gianna to the mercy of our loving God and ask Our Blessed Mother to hold the Erdmann family close in this time of unimaginable sorrow.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon her.
May she rest in peace. Amen.
