CalCERTS is dedicated to keeping you informed. The Energy Commission has released 15-day language for the reworking of the HERS Program.

With the change from HERS to Energy Code Compliance (ECC), the Commission has adopted many new changes to the Field Verification and Diagnostics Testing Program.
