Thatβs a Wrap!
My final year teaching for 25 years is in the books!
End-of-Year Celebration
School year 2025 - 2026
I hope I made a difference to all my students and that they will remember me, because I will always remember them and keep them close in my heart and pray for them.
Thank you to all my past and current students who were on this great and unforgettable journey with me. Dr. Seuss said, "Don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened."
Hereβs to our next chapter with deep gratitude and all our best. ~ Miss Edith π

Our last class field trip for the school year. My preschoolers got to hop into the driverβs seat of a Folsom garbage truck and a police car, climb aboard a fire engine, and meet our local police officers. We went around the different booths showing the various services offered by the city and got some goodies at Folsomβs annual City Works Day. One of the highlights was touching the fur of a mountain lion, an exhibit hosted by our local zoo. Then we ended with a class picnic by the playground. It was a fun day! Thank you to our Folsom city workers.

Our Mother's Day brunch was a hit and a success for the moms and grandmothers! Our preschoolers serenaded them and pampered them with a massage using a hand massage tool, and gave their moms a new hairstyle using hairbrushes and flower clips all over their hair, like a crown princess.π₯°πππΈπ It was so adorable to watch them love and adore their moms and grandmas on this Mother's Day. To all our moms, we wish you a very Happy Mother's Day! π»ππΈπ

We did it again this year for our annual Christmas party with our very own cute preschoolers danced and sang for the senior residents of Prairie City Landing. They were so sweet in giving the residents holiday cards, and we ate lunch with them too!
Visiting and caroling to our local senior residents is one of the highlights of the holiday season π We love seeing all their smiles, and they really enjoyed our simple Christmas program. Thank you to each and every one of the parents who participated. Merry Christmas everyone!! π
