Natasha has been with us since the very beginning ❤️ Once an ABC kiddo herself, she is now an aide at the center. She has consistent love, an empathetic heart and quick to prayer for those who need it. We are lucky to have her sense of routine and bank of knowledge when it comes to the kids! Thank you for your help keeping the day flowing, Ms Natasha!! Happy 4 year workiversary🎉🎉🎉

Last week we celebrated 2 years of getting to work with Ms Eva 🎉🎉🎉 She has the summer off so we haven't had a chance to actually celebrate just yet but we can't wait to see her in just a couple weeks! She is so quick to smile and we love hearing her laugh with the kiddos. We have so many little Eva fans, it's fun to see the kids get excited and gather around her. Eva started in the toddler room as an aide and then spent some time floating around to all the rooms as she was needed. This fall she looks forward to having a steady room again as the preschool aide! Thank you Eva for all you bring to the center. Its been so great getting to watch you grow and learn as you help these kiddos grow and learn 🥰

Last month, Ms. Jennifer celebrated a birthday 🎉 We are so fortunate to have her here with us but her heart belongs to Hawaii. Fortunately she thinks birthdays are a big deal so we thought it appropriate to go all out on her birthday and had a full on Luau at daycare 🌺 Her favorite birthday treat is fruit pizza and a basketball is the best gift she's ever received. So grateful for you & your energy Jennifer! Hoping your birthday was as fantastic and fun as you are!!

This month we celebrated Ms Katelynn's one year workiversary! 🎉🎉 She has such a reliable and reassuring presence, it definitely feels like it she has been a part of the daycare family for far more than a year! Katelynn has been in the infant room since the beginning although she fills in wonderfully wherever she is needed, each age group has appreciation for her.
Katelynn, we appreciate your sense of humor, suggestions & ideas and willingness to help anywhere. Your love and commitment to these kiddos is a blessing to our space and we can't wait to celebrate more years with you!

Ms Becca had a birthday over the weekend 🎉🎉
She does lots of sharing of the spotlight on her birthday as she shares a special day with 2 family members and her best friend! But I'm wondering if she does any sharing of her favorite birthday treats: Apple or Rhubarb crisp... 🤤
She spent the day at Pierz Park with the family and had a great time. Becca, we are glad to have you here with us this summer and even better we get to celebrate with you!

The toddlers spent a day talking about colors and practiced some color sorting!

Believe it or not... sorting like this actually:
️➕ helps build e️arly math skills like grouping, comparing and recognizing patterns
🗣 boosts vocabulary by introducing new and descriptive words
🧠 encourages concentration
💪 strengthens fine motor skills. When they pick up and move the small pieces of paper to the correct color square, they need to use the pincer grip, strengthening their hand muscles

There is so much intention behind these simple activities! It's fantastic to watch the kiddos absorb the information and grow 💚
