PS22Q Report cards will be available for you to view on March 2, 2022. To view your child’s report card, you must have access to your child’s NYC School Account. The NYC School account can be created/accessed at https://mystudent.nyc/.

NYC School Surveys are open and we want to hear your voice! We will be distributing paper copies but for you do not have to wait! You can fill out the survey today!

Take the survey online at www.nycschoolsurvey.org (in any of the nine NYCDOE supported languages). The family access code is “f” followed by the child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number. Note that “f” must be lowercase. Families can find their child’s OSIS Number on their report card, student ID card, or NYCSA account.
