PSA: I am coming up on my recertification date for all levels of my American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor Certification. That being said, if you or anyone you know needs a Basic Life Support (BLS) initial or recertification class, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) initial or recertification class, or a Pediatric Advanced Life Support/Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PALS/PEARS) initial or recertification class, please get ahold of me so we can schedule a course for you. My goal is to offer these courses at a competitive rate while maintaining the highest level of training and fidelity possible. Therefore I will meet or beat all REASONABLY priced courses. If you have a small group of individuals needing the course even better and more aggressive per student pricing available.

Excited to be making substantial advancements towards my end goal: Education of the masses to improve outcomes in austere environment incidents of trauma and cardiac arrest. As a former special education teacher, I have always had a passion for life-long learning and teaching. As a Stop the Bleed instructor, AHA (HS, BLS, ACLS, PALs and PEARS), PHTLS, TECC, EMS EMT-B IC (by October 2022) and PEPP Instructor, my goal is to offer numerous free to the community, Stop the Bleed, First Aid and CPR courses.

That being said, attempts at DIY wound packing and Tourniquet simulators have been less than acceptable for the level of realistic muscle memory training I am aiming for. I will be seeking out used or no longer used training simulators and CPR manikins and training AEDs. I will also be looking into Grant opportunities and alternate funding sources.

If anyone has any resources they would be willing to share to this end, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you for your time and in advance for any assistance or direction you may be able to provide.
