We’re excited to introduce Renuka Karthiyeri Parappur, franchise owner of Lightbridge Academy - Flower Mound.

Renuka is an IT professional with 14+ years of experience and a proud mother of two. Like many Flower Mound working parents, she understands the challenge of balancing a demanding career while finding childcare that is safe, reliable, and nurturing.

Her passion for early childhood education is deeply personal—both of her children spent years in daycare, shaping her belief that families need trust, strong communication, and a caring environment where children feel truly supported.

That passion led her to Lightbridge Academy, known as “The Solution for Working Families.” The mission aligned perfectly with her vision for a high-quality daycare and preschool in Flower Mound, TX focused on early learning, school readiness, and family connection.

Today, she is helping bring a warm, community-focused childcare center serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with a focus on safety, learning, and confidence-building.

💛 Fun facts about Renuka: She enjoys spending time with her daughters, playing board games, and watching movies as a family. She is also learning Indian classical dance and working toward graduating in it.

Her mission is simple: to create a place where children feel loved and working parents feel peace of mind.

Hi, Flower Mound families! My name is Britney Wright, and I’m proud to serve as the Director of Lightbridge Academy of Flower Mound.

With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. One of my favorite parts of this work is building meaningful relationships with families and creating a place where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn.

When I’m not at the center, you’ll find me spending time with family, traveling, making memories with friends, and spoiling my dog. I truly believe life’s best moments are built through connection and community.

As we prepare to open our doors, I can’t wait to meet the wonderful families of Flower Mound and surrounding communities and welcome you into our Lightbridge family. ❤️
