Want to learn how to sculpt your paintings, not just paint them?

This piece is called Royal Haze. It started as a sketch, then evolved into a sculpted painting. Every muscle and motion was built with layers of paint and a palette knife.

Before launching Art With MJ, I sculpted characters for games and film. That work trained me to see in 3D. Now I bring that same skill into every canvas and every lesson I teach.

🖌️ What to Expect from Your Art With MJ Session

📍 Fully in home, completely hands on experience
I bring everything you need including paints, brushes, canvases, palette knives, and cleanup tools. All you need is a flat surface, light, and a willingness to explore.

💡 Lessons and events designed just for you
Whether you’re a beginner, rediscovering your love of making art, or stepping into it for the first time, your sessions are customized for your interests and skill level. We’ll focus on what matters to you, whether it’s texture, color mixing, composition, or technique.

🎨 What you provide (and shouldn’t worry about)
• A table or flat workspace
• A comfortable, well lit area
• Clothes you don’t mind getting a bit messy
• A nearby sink for cleaning up
Everything else is my responsibility including setup, instruction, and cleanup.
