We have raised $38,396 through FanPledge, PLUS another $6,000 in additional "opt-out" donations...that puts us at $44,396 — just $604 away from our $45,000 goal! 🤯 🎉

THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our band program! Your generosity has been absolutely incredible!

Our fundraiser closes in just THREE DAYS — SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11!

Congratulations to last year’s Honor Winds on earning the distinction of NATIONAL WINNER in the Mark of Excellence National Wind Band Honors!

Jam Session #4! A long time ago, in a band hall not so far away… 🎺 🎹 🥁

Our trumpets, piano, marimba, and drummer serenaded us with the IMPERIAL MARCH (with back-up dancers)!

🎉 🎉 🎉

Congratulations to our kids for making it to the final round of the Honor Band contest and earning **7th place** out of hundreds of middle schools in the state of Texas! Mr. Patterson and Ms. Schuster are incredibly proud of these awesome students and all their hard work this past school year!

Also - congrats to the Flower Mound Wind Symphony for earning 2nd place in the 6A division!

🎉 STATE FINALS! 🎉

The Shadow Ridge Honor Winds has advanced to the TMEA 2C Honor Band State Finals!

After advancing through the Area C Honor Band Contest to the State Semi-Finals, the Shadow Ridge Honor Winds is now one of the **Top 10** middle school bands in Texas competing in the TMEA 2C Honor Band contest.

The State Finals is TOMORROW! A crowd of band directors from across the state of Texas will cram into a little room in San Antonio and be listening to the recordings of our 70 incredible young musicians. This honor comes from the same recordings of our 2025–2026 UIL program:

🎶 Pas Redoublé — Saint-Saëns/Frackenpohl
🎶 Sonic Pathways — Hervey
🎶 Tears of Princess Joruri — Taruya

What an incredible journey. What an unforgettable year. We're excited to represent our school and Lewisville ISD at this contest...ALONGSIDE the Flower Mound High School Wind Symphony in the 6A high school division!!
