⛳🏀🎉 To finish out the week, following Top Golf, we had our 3 award ceremonies, finals week, the staff vs. student basketball game, 8th grade walk, and pep rally — we made so many great memories together.

And yes… our administrators got slimed after the pep rally! Students cashed in on their fundraiser prize! 💚🤣

The last day came quickly, and we will miss our students this summer. Our 8th graders, class of 2030, continue to visit us.

May 18th:
Our 7th graders had a great time on their field trip to Topgolf, followed by a well-earned sno cone treat! ⛳️🍧

Thanks to the support of our amazing PTA, who contributes toward one grade-level field trip each year, we were able to make this experience even more special for our students. Thank you, families & PTA, for helping create fun memories and meaningful experiences beyond the classroom!

🎓Full circle moments are the best! The Marcus High School Class of 2026 returned to where it all began — Downing Middle School

Our future graduates walked the halls, reconnected with former teachers, and inspired the next generation of students. We love seeing our seniors come back and give younger students a glimpse of what’s ahead.

We are excited to invite all feeder school families to the Marcus Football Spring Game on May 14!

This is a FREE family event and a great opportunity for future Marauders to experience Marcus Football and connect with our community.

Thank you teachers for all the love, patience, hard work, and encouragement you give our students every day. Everything you do matters more than you know, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you!

We loved getting to spoil and celebrate our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week — you deserve it all! ✨

Extra, extra shout out to our PTA for helping us coordinate the fun theme "Take Flight", decorations, food and more. Thank you also for Mio Nonno for providing our Friday meal - it was all so delicious.

Our 8th Grade Sneaker Dance was a huge success! (Also if you have some great photos to add, attach them in the comments)

Our students showed up decked out in their best sneakers and ready to dance the night away! From the music to the memories, it was an unforgettable evening filled with fun, laughter, and school spirit. 🕺💃

Our 8th grade NJHS students joined the fun on Friday by helping with Bridlewood’s Field Day! We’re proud of their leadership, service, and positive energy as they supported younger students and helped make the day a success. ☀️🏃‍♂️🎉

We are incredibly proud to recognize four outstanding 7th graders who have earned distinction from Baylor University's Talent Identification Program. These students took a college-admissions-style test and scored at levels typical of college-bound high school seniors — a remarkable achievement!
