Be sure to join us for our PINK OUT!!

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are asking the staff and students to join us for a PINK OUT day on Friday, October 16th. Everyone is invited to wear PINK in recognition of those that have battled breast cancer or had a family member that has gone through it.

We are just a few weeks into October and the students have really jumped into the spirit! We have studied pumpkins, skeletons, bats and spiders, washed and cleaned out pumpkins and learned many new Halloween and Fall songs!! Castle Mound Montessori truly loves this time of year!!!

We would like to extend a very special THANK YOU to all of our families and supporters for their recent donations to St. Jude's. With your help and support, we were able to raise over $1,500 for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital this year!! These donations help support sick children and their families, so they can focus on healing rather than paying medical bills. Thank you for all your generosity! Your kindness really does make a difference!!!

Be sure to join us tomorrow for our Annual St. Jude's Trike-A-Thon.

Each child has the opportunity to help with this worthy cause by collecting donations for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Every donation helps provide medical care for children suffering from cancer around the United States. Cadence Education has partnered with St. Jude's for nearly 10 years and has raised over one million dollars for the families.

Packets as well as permission slips are due on the day of the race event. This year you will be able to donate online through our school’s link.

Please include your online donations on your St. Jude’s packet to ensure that all your donations are accounted for. As always, your generosity and kindness are greatly appreciated by many!

Each student will receive a Trike-A-Thon license after completing the course and will be ready for the event. In order for your child to participate, they must have pads, a helmet, their bicycle/trike/scooter, and the parent-signed waiver by Friday, October 9th at 8:30 am. We ask that all items are labeled with your child’s name and brought to the front desk first and then dropped off in the designated area of the gym the morning of the race.
