Mrs. Brisko’s Kindergarten friends left their stuffed animal friends at school yesterday for a Stuffie Sleepover, but apparently bedtime was NOT on the agenda! The stuffies snuck into the Discovery Learning Centers, played games, and got into a little mischief! The kids arrived this morning to find their stuffies in completely different spots than where they left them. We have a feeling these stuffies are going to need a nap today! 😴

Bring your favorite family board game or card game from home, grab your crew, and get ready for an evening of laughs, friendly competition, and LOTS of fun! Free pizza and prizes as well! PTA Member Meeting will take place at 5:30 pm. See you there!

WE DID IT, BEARS!!! We reached our school-wide goal of $15,000 in our Bears Roar Together fundraiser! We will be having a pajama and stuffie day for the whole school on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026! A HUGE thank-you to our incredible students, families, and community for supporting Bluebonnet and helping make this fundraiser such a ROARING success! We are so grateful for each and every one of you!

Congratulations to some very special Bluebonnet Bears! Vian Venkata, Kaiti Sun, and Jason Duran were among LISD’s 24 elementary school finalists for a national program called the National Math Stars. We are very excited to announce that Jason was chosen from the finalists to be in the Pathfinder program. This is quite the accomplishment to be selected out of over 9,000 students nationwide! This wonderful opportunity with National Math Stars will give him access to advanced math materials, competitions and summer camps from now until 12th grade. We are so proud to recognize these Bluebonnet Bears on their outstanding achievements. Way to go, Bears! 💙🐻
