Our very own Mrs. Jonas was named a CoServ/RoughRiders Teacher of the Month 🎉 and she’s headed to the ballpark!

On September 5th, Mrs. Jonas will be THROWING OUT THE FIRST PITCH at the Frisco RoughRiders game! ⚾️❤️

We’d LOVE to see lots of our Argyle South families there cheering her on! 📣

We are SO HAPPY to have our Eagles back in the gym! 🦅❤️

PE has been full of fun, familiar faces, and lots of BIG SMILES! We love seeing our Eagles back and ready to have some fun!

🍦🚚 The ice cream truck rolled through South! 😂

Our Southern Sweets ice cream truck snack cart made its rounds, and we may have had just as much fun delivering the treats as our teachers and staff had receiving them! 🍨❤️ Lots of laughs, lots of smiles, and some very happy customers!

Because work is just a little sweeter when you can have fun while you’re doing it. ❤️

💛 It’s Friendship Week in Life Skills! 💛

Our students celebrated by making Friendship Mix! 🥨🍿✨ Everyone had a part to play—sharing, helping, and working together to create something delicious!

This week, our ECSE scientists put on their creative thinking caps and made slime! Through this hands-on activity, they explored science, creativity, colors, and textures, while having so much fun! Our students loved mixing, squishing, stretching, and creating their very own slime! 💚💛🔬🎨 Learning is always more exciting when we can get a little messy! 😄

🍎🅰️✨ Learning is in full swing in Mrs. Gabbert’s class!

They kicked off ABC Bootcamp by learning all about the letter A—its sound, words that begin with A, and even made some awesome letter A hats! 🎩

Then, things got a little germy in Science! 🦠 Students used hand sanitizer and glitter to see just how quickly germs can spread from person to person with a simple handshake. ✋✨ A fun, hands-on way to learn why washing our hands is SO important!

Letters, science, and a little glitter… sounds like a great day of learning! ❤️🖤
