Cardinals Spirit Day was full of energy and pride! Students showed up in their red and Cardinals gear, bringing lots of excitement to the school. It was great to see everyone coming together, showing team spirit, and having fun while representing the Cardinals. Days like this really help build a sense of community and school pride! ❤️⚾

Milo’s Story:
We wanted to share some important news about Milo’s journey. His surgery is happening sooner than we expected, and we’re preparing for a major procedure. Once the tumor is removed, Milo will have an artificial vertebrae placed due to the damage caused by the tumor. Carbon rods and screws will also be used instead of the titanium hardware that was previously placed.

This surgery will be intense, but it’s absolutely necessary to remove the remaining tumor. The doctors are taking every step possible to ensure they get it all. Once the surgery is complete, the oncology team will assess next steps—whether that’s radiation or chemotherapy. These decisions may shift as the procedure progresses.

Milo is diagnosed with Spindle Cell Sarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer that requires a strong, immediate response. It’s a tough fight, but we are doing everything we can to give him the best chance. Cancer has taken many lives, but it WILL NOT take his.

We are hopeful and focused on the goal: to get rid of this tumor once and for all and to prevent it from coming back.
