At our Clayton Montessori Academy kindergarten classroom, a child uses a duck and a basket to explore prepositions, which are words that describe how objects relate in space. By moving the duck around the basket, the child is building a solid understanding of grammar concepts. Rather than memorising definitions, they are experiencing language through hands-on learning. 🪐A fun space fine motor and art activity for preschool. I got this DIY solar system model set to include to our space unit learning. This comes with acrylic paints and brush, the sun and the set of the planets of the solar system that a child can attach following the order of the planets from the sun.

🩷Another lovely Valentine’s Day hands-on activities for kids.
💗Materials: Pink or red doily, peg (wooden clothespin), pipe cleaner, few Valentine theme foam stickers.

❄️Winter hands-on activity ideas for preschoolers are fun way to get them fully engage while mastering those tiny hands movements with exercises. The snowflakes perler beads are meticulously accomplished by my daughter the same as the snowflakes brain flakes.
