We are excited to announce that we will also be holding our First Annual in-school Esports Gaming Tournament on November 21-22. This event will include popular games such as Mario Kart, NBA 2K, NCAA Football, Madden Football, and Mario Smash Bros.

This tournament is a great opportunity for students to showcase their skills, work as a team, and enjoy a friendly, competitive environment with their peers. Esports fosters essential life skills and can serve as a stepping stone to various career paths in the tech and gaming industries.

We look forward to seeing many of our students participate in this exciting event!

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month from the teachers and staff at Avant Schools of Excellence! We take pride in our diverse community of scholars who are dedicated to celebrating all cultures and ethnicities through learning about their traditions. Our Pre-K through 1st grade students, along with their parents, participated in a vibrant event where they modeled the colors of Hispanic countries and presented on the rich cultures of these nations. Parents were thrilled to see the students' enthusiasm and engagement. A special thank you to our outstanding Elementary Curriculum Specialist, Ms. Dadou Joseph, and her dedicated team of teachers for making this memorable event a success.
