Uechi Ryu also provides the student with a well rounded fitness program for the mind, body, and spirit. This karate style has unique blocking, grasping, and striking techniques. Some technique seem simple to the eye but take great time to

break down and master. Better health and fitness can be achieved in Uechii Ryu through constant training, proper conditioning, and hard work. Done properly and consistently, the student will enhance enhance their strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and control.
