We officially kicked off the school year today with our first Town Hall meeting!

From practicing our school chant to going over school expectations, our students are officially motivated and ready to bring their absolute best this year. A special shoutout to our Related Arts team for highlighting all the cool enrichment programs coming up!

Ask your child tonight about their favorite part of Town Hall (and see if they can teach you the chant!).

Our Swamp Foxes are already off to a great start in STEM! 🦊🔬

Students in Ms. Ayala’s STEM Lab enjoyed team-building during their very first STEM lesson of the school year. Working together, they designed and built their own “claws” using pipe cleaners to complete a fun claw game challenge.

This hands-on activity encouraged creativity, communication, problem-solving, and perseverance—all while building relationships with classmates. We can’t wait to see all of the amazing learning and innovation that will happen in STEM this year!

Place value review has never been this much fun! Mr. Williams’ 5th grade mathematicians brought the energy today as they sharpened their place value skills with a fast-paced game of Boom, Clap, Sn**ch! 🎉

When learning is active, engaging, and full of excitement, students don’t just memorize concepts—they truly understand them! We love seeing our Swamp Foxes thinking critically, collaborating with classmates, and building confidence in math while having a blast.
