🧠💜 Tomorrow is Mental Health Day!

With midterm season in full swing, it’s easy to get caught up in assignments, exams, and deadlines. But remember, your mental health matters just as much as your academic success!

Take a moment to check in with yourself, give your mind a break, spend time doing something you enjoy, and reach out to someone you trust when you need support. You don’t have to do it all at once, and you don’t have to do it alone! 🦁💜
