We are looking to hire another incredible RBT!!! We have already had a high volume of applications, and we are looking through each one carefully. Some frequently asked questions are answered below:
1. If we decide we would like to move forward with scheduling an interview, we will be in touch through email.
2. If we do not reach out, please do not hesitate to apply again in the future! However, we do not accept in-person applications, as the online form must be completed to be considered.
3. You do not have to be certified prior to applying although being an RBT is preferred. If we extend a job offer and you are not an RBT already, we will request that you finish the 40-hour course prior to your first day. Once starting, we will train you, but you will not be able to provide therapy or be 1:1 with clients until you are officially a Registered Behavior Technician. In order to provide therapy for the insurances we are credentialed with, direct therapists MUST be registered behavior technicians.
4. We do not allow therapists to be scheduled more than 36 direct therapy hours per week. We have two locations, and our primary clinic location is closed on Fridays at this time. Our second location is open but only from 8-2.
