Full disclosure, our Middle School Academy (grades 6-8) had to get a little creative to make sure they met the challenge of having all of their team members in the photo. They managed to do it, plus get a bonus stuffed wolf and two little wolves in there as well.

We are always looking for opportunities for our high-school students!
This year, based on student interest, we added a drone program/class to our offerings. Students who excel in this series of classes will be eligible to receive their drone license/certification upon completion of all requirements. Real world work skills earned before they even leave our campus.

Later this week, more high school students will embark on another career preparation opportunity--welding! In conjunction with FDTC a cohort of students will begin the welding program.

🍳🐺 Check out Breakfast Club at Virtus Academy! 🐺🍳

We are excited to share pictures from our first Breakfast Club. This is a new initiative for K-6 students and their grown ups to start the day together.

On the first Tuesday of each month, families are invited to join us for breakfast, connect with one another, and enjoy a few extra moments before school begins.

A huge thank you to the families who joined us for our inaugural Breakfast Club this morning! We loved seeing so many smiling faces and kicking off this new tradition.

🗓 Be on the lookout for the September Breakfast Club sign-up link coming soon! Space is limited each month. Guests pay $5 per tray.

The Elementary Academy (grades 3-5) was mostly trying to practice finding their zen during in-service last week.

Our August Attendance Challenge officially starts TODAY!

Students who have perfect attendance for the entire month of August will earn a Game Truck Visit as their reward!

To be eligible, students must have:

No absences
No tardies
No early dismissals

Every minute of instruction matters, and we want to encourage our students to be at school every day, on time, and ready to learn.

We can't wait to celebrate all of our Attendance Champions at the end of the month. Thank you for partnering with us to make attendance a priority!

Let's make August a month of perfect attendance and earn that Game Truck!
