❤️ THANK YOU, JUMPZONE FAMILY ❤️
As we close the doors on a place that has been part of this community for over 20 years, I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.
Many of you may not know this, but JumpZone Florence was never a corporate-owned store. It has always been owned by an individual or family local to the area. For the last 7½ years, that owners kids probably went to school with a lot of your kids or played on sports teams against your kids.
Before I ever owned JumpZone, I used to bring my own kids here when they were little. Then one day, I found out it was for sale thru a business broker on Google and I decided to take a chance and purchase it. I never could have imagined all the memories, friendships, birthday parties, conversations, and families that would become part of my life over the next 7½ years.
August ended up being a record month for us, with so many families trying to squeeze in one last party and one last visit. Just last week, we had 25 parties — something we would typically have across an entire month of August not just 1 week!
This weekend was especially emotional. We had parents coming in with their now-grown kids, taking pictures and letting them play on the inflatables one last time. So many told us, “They used to love coming here when they were little. We just wanted them to get to play here one more time.”
That means more than you probably realize.
And honestly, one of the things that makes me the proudest is seeing the response from this community. When most businesses announce they’re closing, you often see comments like “finally” or other negative things.
That hasn’t been the case here.
The overwhelming response has been nothing but positive memories, kind words, and thank-yous. As an owner, that makes me incredibly proud.
When I purchased JumpZone in 2019, the place was pretty run down and needed a lot of love. Watching it transform over the years — and knowing how many families have celebrated birthdays, made memories, laughed, played, and spent time together here — makes all the hard work worth it.
To every family who walked through our doors, every child who played here, every parent who celebrated a birthday here, every employee who helped make it happen, and everyone who supported us over these last 20 years:

Thank you for making us part of your family memories.
And thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of this community.
The doors may be closing, but the memories aren’t. One thing that never got old was kids running in the door yelling JumpZone with a huge smile on their faces.
Thank you for an incredible 20 years.
And from me personally, thank you for an unforgettable 7½ years.
