Our 4K students have had an apple-solutely amazing time learning all about apples!

They used their five senses to taste, describe, and investigate apples, explored their parts and life cycle, and incorporated them into math, STEM, games, and crafts. They wrapped up the unit with Apple Day, filled with outdoor activities, painting, learning, and plenty of fun!🍎

Our Student Council officers traveled to the South Carolina State House in Columbia this week for the SCISA Middle School Fall Conference! Students learned about the legislative process, created mock laws to improve SCISA schools, and voted on proposed legislation. We are especially proud to celebrate two of our students who were elected State Historian and Secretary! Congratulations to our student leaders on this exciting achievement! 🏦⚖️

Crusader spirit was in full swing this week at our first Spirit Stick Competition of the year! Our students filled the campus with green, white, and plenty of school pride. 💚
