Some will claim education advocacy, but all you see are social media posts. BCEA/KEA/NEA don’t claim advocacy, we go out and seek the work. Yesterday our building reps were hard at work so that we can advocate for each other as we focus our work on our profession and students. Today we welcomed our 35th new member of the year and sent invitations to another 30 potential members.

You want a union that works for members and the betterment of our students? Look no further, you won’t find a better one.

Our building representatives are one of the most important pieces of our association. They are integral to our success and we are so fortunate to have them in every building.

Today was a great day. BCEA building reps came together to learn more about how to lead and take care of our members. Thank you to everyone who showed up, presented and participated in an amazing event!!
